Are your products authentic?
Yes! We are clear and upfront about every item we carry. All of our designer products are genuine, authentic, and brand new (ie: Coach, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Versace, Rebecca Minkoff, Chloe, Juicy Couture, Gucci, Movado, Swarovski, Tumi, Betsey Johnson, Mary Frances, Marc Jacobs, Chan Luu, Petit Lem, Ugg Australia, Burberry, Givenchy, Salvatore Ferragamo...) We'll be able to provide proof of authenticity from various sources. We're proud of our business integrity and high ethical standards.
We do carry a few off-brand products however. The off-brand products are in the personalized jewelry section. When there is no brand mentioned in the product title, it is an off-brand product.
Why some items are so cheap?
When you spot an item that is offered at a deep discount, it is likely a past season, close-out or over-production item. We only source from direct manufacturers or authorized distributors. Also, Snap 'n Zip is an online based store with relatively low overhead costs.
Are you an authorized reseller of the brands whose items you carry?
At this point Snap 'n Zip is an authorized reseller of Petit Lem and Isobella & Chloe. Snap 'n Zip expressly disclaims any
indication that it is an authorized dealer or agent of other luxury fashion designers or manufacturers whose goods are offered on this site. Being independent, however, allows us to be flexible with our pricing as we are not imposed a MAP (minimum advertised price) by the manufacturers. This, in turns allows us to pass the savings to our customers.
Is ordering on this site secure?
Yes! Look for the dynamic GoDaddy seal. Our site is secured by GoDaddy with high 256 bit encryption, 2048 bit root certificate SSL. This is the industry standard available for secure online transactions. We are also PCI compliant by using Stripe's credit card processing technology. If you choose PayPal to finalize your payment, your credit card information is secured with PayPal. Our site is also scanned daily for malware and vulnerabilities by SiteLock.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Domestic Standard (Economy or Expedited, depending on availability): FREE
Domestic 1-2 Business Days: $30/order
Canada Standard: $20/order
International Standard: $45/order (customs/import duties included)
Packages in a certain price range will be insured and signature confirmed.
Do you charge tax?
Texas orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax. View our tax permit.
I have just paid for my order, when will it ship?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order information. Once your payment is confirmed, packing and shipping will typically take 2 business days. (Except for a few items marked as "Special Order" that will take 2-3 weeks to ship, we do not list something for sale unless it is physically in the store. Our inventory is updated realtime, if something is out of stock the status will be "out of stock".) You will receive another email when your package is shipped. Tracking will always be included. Our fulfillment units are located in Washington, Texas, and New York. Your package can be sent from any of these locations.
Can I cancel an order I just placed?
An order can be cancelled before fulfillment (before you receive a shipping confirmation email. But after you receive the shipping confirmation email and it indicates that the order is to be shipped at a later date, the order can also be cancelled). At this point there is no Cancel button on the checkout page, please contact us to cancel an order.
I attempted to use PayPal to pay for my order but I haven't paid yet, what will happen next?
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. However the order will be Pending for the next 48 hours. It will not be processed until payment is complete. If you're a registered customer and logged in, you will see the pending order and can attempt to pay again. If no payment is made within 48 hours, the pending order will be cancelled and ordered items will be released back to stock. If you're not a registered customer, simply ignore the email and you can re-order any time.

What is your return policy?
All products except personalized jewelry and beauty:
We have a 30 day cash back (back to your credit card) and 45 day store credit return policy for all orders. We also offer free returns on US orders. Due to high shipping costs and the diverse nature of worldwide shipping, we don’t offer free returns on international orders. Unused, unworn, unwashed items can be returned for a full refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, items can be sent back for store credit within the next 15 days. Store credit must be used within 365 days from date of issuance. Items have to be in their original packaging (tags attached, original gift receipt included (if applicable)) for a refund to be entertained. If item is deemed unsellable (such as missing tags), a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Watches: We offer a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase. You will void your warranty if you open your caseback, push the buttons underwater, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture.
Handbags, jewelry and other fashion accessories: We offer a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months after original purchase. This means that if the materials in your merchandise aren't right or if it isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your merchandise and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or loose articles (stones, case, strap, bracelet, hang tag...), loss or theft.
There is a shipping and handling charge of $15 (plus tax, where applicable) for each item submitted for repair.
Where do your product images come from?
We mainly use stock photos provided by the manufacturers. If there are none available we take our own photos.
